Work with prospects to understand their business challenges
Qualify and setup meetings between prospective customers and sales executives
Prospect and cold-call firms as well as re-engage past prospects.
Keep CRM (Pipedrive) up to date with all executed and planned activities
Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to establish ways to improve our sales strategy
Participate in weekly Sales & Marketing meetings to provide feedback on lead quality and quantity
Respond to live chat sales inquiries that come in through our website
Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
As this position will be partially funded by the IRAP Youth Employment Program, qualified candidates must be:
Under 30 years of age at the start of employment
a post-secondary graduate
a Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada or person granted refugee status in Canada
legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial legislation and regulations
