In 2022, we launched Spellbook, the first generative AI copilot for lawyers, taking the legal industry by storm. Spellbook helps lawyers quickly draft language, flag risks, and derive insights from legal docs. We've been scaling to keep up with demand ever since and have just closed a major round of financing.

You are comfortable conveying feedback to the product team on features/configurations that will make Spellbook more valuable and easier to adopt

Responsibilities:

Oversee our automation integrations between our various touchpoints and applications, managed through Zapier.
Manage our CRM. Ensuring proper information is handed-over from marketing to sales, automation workflows, lead attribution, and reporting.
Planning and managing the scaling of all marketing operations processes and workflows.
Lead attribution data management and handover between applications as well as reporting on which channels drive high-quality leads.
Reporting on metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Overseeing email deliverability across multiple campaigns and platforms.
Discovering opportunities to optimize our marketing operations.
