In 2022, we launched Spellbook, the first generative AI copilot for lawyers, taking the legal industry by storm. Spellbook helps lawyers quickly draft language, flag risks, and derive insights from legal docs. We've been scaling to keep up with demand ever since and have just closed a major round of financing.

As a Product Manager/Product Engineer at Spellbook, your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing the product roadmap for Spellbook, prioritizing features that will benefit our customers and improve their productivity
  • Collaborating with the senior leadership, engineering, and design teams to build and launch new features
  • Conducting user research to gain insights into customer needs and preferences
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and expansion of Spellbook
  • Collaborate with business and design teams to generate ideas for front-facing features, translating theoretical concepts into practical implementation.
  • Analyzing usage data and performance metrics to optimize product performance and user experience
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the legal or tech industry
  • Some front-end development or design experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, while also demonstrating strong analytical skills
  • Experience with AI-driven technologies is a plus
